Requirement:
1A hands-on, can-do attitude when actively managing all aspects of a bar/restaurant for profitability.
2Thorough understanding of how to manage, guide and motivate staff for expected results.
3Ability to work as a team across multiple cultures.
4Ability to market and promote venues to local and international clientele.
5A fun outgoing personality – able to interact effectively with our customer base and deliver genuine and memorable service.
6Strong communication and organization skills.
7Relevant work experience. 8Excellent oral and written communication skills in both English and Mandarin
